Refund Policy

Speakable does not offer refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions once a billing period has begun, including unused time or features. We encourage users to explore our free plan before committing to a paid subscription.

For organization plans paid via invoice or purchase order, no refunds will be issued after payment is received unless required by local law or explicitly stated in the contract.

Exceptions may be made in cases of billing errors or technical issues that prevent reasonable use of the service. If you believe you qualify for a refund due to such circumstances, please contact hello@speakable.io within 14 days of the issue.
